With Express Service you can:

• Complete an online Intake Form - This expedites your office visit saving you valuable time.
• Choose an office location convenient to you.
• Submit a schedule request for both day and time of day.
• Choose your Attorney for your 30-minute consultation.
• Receive a $100 rebate if a Lutz Law Office, P.S. attorney is retained.

We offer same day response time if your request is submitted before 12:00 PM noon Monday–Friday.” Express Service is not offered on Holidays.
