Patti Steel-Jorgensen
Patti Steele-Jorgensen, a paralegal in our Federal Way office, made her career decision in fourth grade. “I was a very mature 10-year-old,” she remembers, laughing. “I just knew it would be the law.”

Patti was introduced to family law while earning her bachelors degree in pre-law and paralegal studies at Central Washington University. That field became her passion. Why? “The contact with people,” she says. “You can make a real connection and an important contribution to people’s lives.”

After three years as a paralegal, Patti is experienced at preparing legal paperwork, from initiating actions to concluding cases. She also handles questions from clients when appropriate. The Seattle native is married with one toddler who keeps her well exercised. She enjoys Pilates, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Daniela Feiock
A native of Germany, legal assistant Daniela Feiock works in our Tacoma office. She holds a paralegal degree from Vernon Regional College in Wichita Falls, Texas. Daniela handles most of the office administration, prepares legal documents, maintains client files, and communicates with clients. Daniela spent 19 years in the credit union field, moving up from teller to loan officer, before deciding she wanted a change. Law appealed to her because of the influence she could have upon so many lives. "I feel good knowing I'm able to assist people when they're going through difficult times," she says.

With a husband retired from the Air Force, Daniela and their 16-year-old daughter have recently returned from Texas. They are glad to be home because the Northwest is where both of their families reside.

Don't think Daniela just sits at a desk all day--she enjoys aerobics, strength training, hiking, skiing, and frequent walks with her dog.
