Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Kent, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to grow within a firm that values initiative, integrity, and client-focused advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
- Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and appear in court
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines independently
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience practicing family law (Required)
- Active WSBA license in good standing (Required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Commitment to excellent client service
